1. About DapurID
DapurID is an AI-powered kitchen assistant app for Indonesian households. The app is developed and operated by the DapurID Team. Contact: saraza.development@gmail.com.
2. Use of the App
You may use DapurID for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the app for any illegal or harmful activity
- Abuse the AI features through automated requests or excessive usage that disrupts service
3. Recipe Sources & AI-Generated Content
DapurID contains two kinds of recipe content:
- Curated recipes — Most recipes in the app (browsable in the home and recipe library) are curated by the DapurID Team and are not AI-generated.
- AI-generated recipes — When you actively use the "Masak" tab to generate a recipe from your pantry, DapurID uses AI to create a new recipe based on the ingredients you have. Every AI-generated recipe is clearly labeled "Dibuat oleh AI" in its recipe detail screen.
AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unusual suggestions. AI is also used for ingredient identification (fridge/receipt scan) and substitution suggestions. Always verify food safety, allergens, and cooking instructions before consuming. The DapurID Team is not responsible for any health, financial, or other consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
4. Subscriptions (DapurID Pro)
DapurID offers two auto-renewing subscription options that unlock unlimited AI features:
- DapurID Pro Monthly — Length: 1 month — Price: Rp 35,000 (or local equivalent)
- DapurID Pro Yearly — Length: 1 year — Price: Rp 299,000 (or local equivalent)
Auto-renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies. The DapurID Team does not process refunds directly.
5. Intellectual Property
The DapurID app, including its design, branding, recipe content, and code, is owned by the DapurID Team. Recipes generated by AI for your personal use may be freely cooked and shared, but the recipe database itself may not be copied or redistributed.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Active subscriptions remain governed by the App Store / Play Store terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the DapurID Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated in-app.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

DapurID adalah aplikasi asisten dapur berbasis AI untuk rumah tangga Indonesia. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dan dioperasikan oleh Tim DapurID. Kontak: saraza.development@gmail.com.
2. Penggunaan Aplikasi
Anda boleh menggunakan DapurID untuk kepentingan pribadi non-komersial. Anda setuju untuk tidak:
- Melakukan reverse-engineering, dekompilasi, atau mencoba mengekstrak kode sumber
- Menggunakan aplikasi untuk aktivitas ilegal atau merugikan
- Menyalahgunakan fitur AI melalui permintaan otomatis atau pemakaian berlebihan yang mengganggu layanan
3. Sumber Resep & Konten AI
DapurID memuat dua jenis konten resep:
- Resep kurasi — Sebagian besar resep di aplikasi (yang bisa dijelajahi di beranda dan pustaka resep) dikurasi oleh Tim DapurID dan bukan hasil AI.
- Resep buatan AI — Saat Anda menggunakan tab "Masak" untuk membuat resep dari isi dapur Anda, DapurID menggunakan AI untuk membuat resep baru berdasarkan bahan yang Anda miliki. Setiap resep buatan AI akan diberi label "Dibuat oleh AI" di halaman detail resepnya.
Hasil AI dapat mengandung kesalahan, ketidakakuratan, atau saran yang tidak biasa. AI juga digunakan untuk mengenali bahan (scan kulkas/struk) dan menyarankan pengganti bahan. Selalu verifikasi keamanan pangan, alergen, dan instruksi memasak sebelum dikonsumsi. Tim DapurID tidak bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi kesehatan, finansial, atau lainnya akibat ketergantungan pada konten AI.
4. Langganan (DapurID Pro)
DapurID menawarkan dua pilihan langganan auto-renewing yang membuka fitur AI tak terbatas:
- DapurID Pro Bulanan — Durasi: 1 bulan — Harga: Rp 35.000 (atau setara mata uang lokal)
- DapurID Pro Tahunan — Durasi: 1 tahun — Harga: Rp 299.000 (atau setara mata uang lokal)
Perpanjangan otomatis: Pembayaran akan ditagihkan ke akun Apple ID atau Google Play Anda pada saat konfirmasi pembelian. Langganan akan otomatis diperpanjang kecuali auto-renew dimatikan minimal 24 jam sebelum akhir periode berjalan. Akun akan ditagih untuk perpanjangan dalam 24 jam sebelum akhir periode pada harga paket yang dipilih.
Mengelola dan membatalkan: Anda bisa mengelola atau membatalkan langganan kapan saja melalui pengaturan akun di App Store (iOS) atau Play Store (Android) setelah pembelian. Pembatalan berlaku di akhir periode berbayar saat ini.
Pengembalian dana: Refund ditangani langsung oleh Apple dan Google sesuai kebijakan masing-masing. Tim DapurID tidak memproses refund secara langsung.
5. Hak Kekayaan Intelektual
Aplikasi DapurID, termasuk desain, branding, konten resep, dan kode, adalah milik Tim DapurID. Resep yang dihasilkan AI untuk penggunaan pribadi boleh dimasak dan dibagikan, tetapi database resep itu sendiri tidak boleh disalin atau didistribusikan ulang.
6. Penghentian
Kami dapat menangguhkan atau menghentikan akses jika Anda melanggar Syarat ini. Anda bisa berhenti menggunakan aplikasi kapan saja dengan menghapus instalasinya. Langganan aktif tetap diatur oleh ketentuan App Store / Play Store.
7. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Aplikasi disediakan "apa adanya" tanpa jaminan apa pun. Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum, Tim DapurID tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial akibat penggunaan aplikasi.
8. Perubahan Syarat
Kami dapat memperbarui Syarat ini sesekali. Penggunaan berkelanjutan setelah pembaruan berarti Anda menerima Syarat yang direvisi. Perubahan signifikan akan diinformasikan di dalam aplikasi.
9. Hukum yang Berlaku
Syarat ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia, tanpa memperhatikan prinsip pertentangan hukum.
